Shipping Policy

At Bare Elements Studio, we aim to get your orders to you as quickly as possible!

• Processing Time: All orders are carefully packed and dispatched within 1-3 business days from the time you place your order. 
  

  We work with various trusted courier services to deliver your order. Shipping times may vary depending on the courier selected, destination, and external factors that may affect transit times.

  Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once an order has been handed over to the courier, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider, customs, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

• Local Pickup: Perth customers can select our local pickup option at checkout for a faster, free alternative. (Usually ready for pick up in 1-2 days) 

• Uncollected Parcels
  If a parcel is not collected from the post office or delivery point and is returned to us, the customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping the order. We will contact you once the parcel is returned to arrange re-delivery.

You may choose to:

• Pay the re-shipping fee to have the item sent out again, or

• Request a refund (excluding the original shipping fee).

Please note that refunds will only be issued once the returned item has been received by us in its original condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
