Returns & Refunds Policy

At Bare Elements Studio, we take pride in the quality of our products and carefully pack every order to ensure it arrives safely.

• No Returns: Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose carefully before placing your order.

• Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged due to transit, we’re here to make it right. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at bareelements@outlook.com with photos of the damaged item and packaging. Once reviewed, we’ll arrange a refund or replacement.

• Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Uncollected Parcels

If a parcel is not collected from the post office or delivery point and is returned to us, the customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping the order. We will contact you once the parcel is returned to arrange re-delivery.

You may choose to:

• Pay the re-shipping fee to have the item sent out again, or

• Request a refund (excluding the original shipping fee).

Please note that refunds will only be issued once the returned item has been received by us in its original condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
